Seems to be mainly first thing in the morning. I have a domain user that keeps randomly getting locked out. User getting locked out randomly, multiple attempts at same time Windows.(Sincere, but frustrated and defeated) Thanks. Eventually I would like to be able to write these scripts from internal understanding of the language and not pasting things in from google searches, hoping for the best and analyzing each character to figure out what's going on. ![]() I would be most obliged if some explanation as to *why* something does or doesn't work came along with suggestions. One other thing - I'm still trying to learn the rules of PS and it seems that every time I think I'm on the right track, the goalposts move as there's some other unknown function I have to call (e.g. Best I've gotten is that the first installer runs but the other two kick off immediately and I get those stupid "Only one instance of setup can run at a time" errors. I've tried single quotes, double quotes, no quotes, with and without the "&" operator, nothing seems to work. Here's what I have so far, cobbled together from various sources. The issue I'm having is trying to get the shell to wait for one product to finish installing before moving on to the next, because Office's installer will only run one instance at a time. ![]() I'm trying to get a silent/unattended install of the full Office 2016 suite (Pro Plus with Visio and Project) scripted out, and I keep running into roadblocks.
